How does one manage a facility with multiple retail tenants, all with their own contract restrictions? What if the facility also includes space owned by tenants?  How do you keep all of the details straight and do operations and maintenance for a massive urban mall while appearing seamless to the general public?

Café area in front of Nordstrom: Park and enter the mall between Brio and JB Dawson’s or South Moon Under and Urban Outfitters.  Head towards Nordstrom and you’ll be greeted by the smell of breakfast!
